Einstein said that "man has to take one great decision, and that is to decide whether the universe is friendly or whether the universe is hostile".

If we decide that the universe is hostile, then we live in mistrust, fear, confrontation, resistance and dis-ease

If we decide that the universe is friendly, then we live in trust, love, unity, flow and contentment.

                                If I do not trust, then mistrust is reflected back to me

                                If I am afraid, then fear is reflected back to me.

                                 But if I trust, then trust is reflected back to me

                                 And if I love, then love is reflected back to me.

That is how the Indian sages of old could go out into the forest and live in harmony with the wild animals around them.

                                 Only the ego, the mind, can decide that the universe is hostile,

and that is because it sees the universe as something outside of itself and pitted against it. (the fruit of identifying with the body)

                                          But when the ego dissolves, then I and the universe are one, all I's in the universe are myself!

                                                How could I be hostile to myself?

                                     WE HAVE ONLY ONE CHOICE                              YES or NO ?
